The Upper Valley Rapids just finished up another amazing season with a FIRST PLACE division finish at the 2026 VSA State Championship Meet! Congratulations to all of our swimmers, and we can't wait to see you again next year!

Welcome to the Upper Valley Rapids Swim Team!  Are you looking for an opportunity to improve your swimming and be part of a fun, inclusive, summer, OUTDOOR swim team?  Then join us! We are a recreational swim team located in the Upper Valley region of Vermont/New Hampshire. We practice at the pool at Storrs Pond Recreation Area in Hanover, NH.

The Upper Valley Rapids is a multi-skill-level team serving ages 6-18 (we consider five year olds but you'll need to contact us first.)  We focus on safety, fun, teamwork, fitness, and building competitive swimming skills. 

There are morning and evening practices to accommodate varying schedules. We accommodate families who can join us for the entire season, as well as families who will miss part of the season due to travel, sleepaway camp, etc. 

Our fun swim meets are Tuesday evenings and occasional Saturday mornings. Some meets are at our home pool and others are travel meets in central and southern Vermont.
